Delivery, recovery and refunds
After payment
Return from Stripe to your secure confirmation page. Once payment is verified, it provides the signed Android app download, a licence code and a separate recovery code. Save or print both codes and keep the confirmation page’s address safely.
A download link lasts 15 minutes. Refreshing your original confirmation page verifies the purchase again and creates a fresh download link. A payment that has not completed cannot unlock the download or issue codes.
Install the app and enter your licence code to activate it over an internet connection. Your one-time US$4.99 purchase permits up to two permanent device activations. Normal use works offline after activation.
Lost codes or download problems
Your saved recovery code can reveal your licence code on the recovery page. It does not reset used activations or transfer them to another device.
If you lose both codes, cannot reopen the confirmation page, or cannot download or activate the app, email support@sovereignapps.world. Include your checkout email, payment reference, device model and a short description of the problem. Do not send your card number or banking password. We need to verify the purchase before restoring access.
Refund requests and your rights
If the app is faulty, cannot be supplied, or does not match its description, contact support. We will assess the problem and provide any repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
There is no automatic change-of-mind refund promise. You may still ask us to consider your circumstances, and any cancellation or refund right provided by law is unaffected. No fixed deadline here removes a statutory right.
Refund requests are reviewed individually; this website does not automatically issue or refuse them. Where a refund is approved or legally required, it is processed through the original payment provider. Bank processing times may vary.
