Privacy

The Android app creates no advertising profile, requests no advertising identifier, includes no behavioural analytics, and does not upload personal legends or chosen photos. Those remain in the app's private storage on the phone.

Stripe processes payment and keeps the payment information required for receipts and accounting. The Wake The Legends licence service stores a licence record, Stripe Checkout reference, a one-way recovery-code hash and up to two device-identity hashes. It does not operate an email list or customer account system.

The app contacts Sovereign Apps once during activation. After successful activation, the signed device licence verifies locally and normal app use remains offline. Personal legends, searches, listening choices and app activity are not sent to the licence service.

Purchase and licence records are retained as necessary for licence recovery, fraud handling and legal accounting. Final retention and deletion periods require legal approval before checkout is enabled.
